Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field with at least five (5) years experience in a manufacturing setting.
Some proficiency in chemistry and scientific principles.
Working knowledge of general chemical properties and techniques.
Experience in coating process technology and production is desired.
Job Duties & Related Information:
To ensure high quality production as well as enhancing production reliability by introducing new systems and/or processes.
To provide technical and production engineering expertise to Production Departments to facilitate their effectiveness.
Coordinates and assists with line trials as needed.
Responsible for managing and coordinating customer claims and countermeasures.
Directs quality and engineering efforts to ensure that the company's products conform to quality standards.
Manage department personnel, manpower schedules and establish/control department budget.
